The MTG-99 series is simple to use to non-destructively measure the thickness of any non-ferrous material up to 1” with access to both sides. Our flagship MTG-99 model is portable, battery operated, can change color and vibrate on alarm, has an internal datalogger (optional) and is proudly made in the USA. Typical applications include plastic bottles, containers, tubing, Titanium, Aluminum and Copper tubes and pipes as well as composite structures.

Our new MTG-99B, is an affordable model without an internal datalogger. The MTG-99B Still has the ability to send readings to PC and SPC programs via Bluetooth, RS232 or a footswitch all of which are optional low cost add ons.

Bluetooth
Available as an optional upgrade for MTG-99 gages. The bluetooth software option requires internal hardware modification on the PCB (does not affect other specs, IP rating or require additional power source).

Allows MTG-99 gages to export data such as thickness readings or files to another device via internal bluetooth. DataXL mobile can be used to facilitate the transfer of information on IOS and Andriod phones and tablets. DataXL Mobile is coming soon in the Apple store and Google Play Store.

AC Power
ECHO 9 series comes with a convenient AC charger via the USB port so you do not have to replace the batteries on a regular basis.

Footswitch
With this hardware option the operator can use a footswitch to save, freeze or send readings.
