What is my order status?
When your order is placed you will be given a general time frame for delivery. Once your order ships you will receive a copy of your invoice and tracking information. If there are additional questions you can call us at 978-777-0081
How do I request technical support?

How do I request an RMA number so I can send my unit in for repair or recalibration?
We encourage all customers to call us at 978-777-0081 prior to sending equipment in so we can try to troubleshoot over the phone. If you are sure your unit needs to come in for recalibration or repair you can fill out the repair form under the service and support section of our website. Please be sure to send both your gage and probes when sending a gage in.
