COLLECTING NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
When using DataXL Mobile, the app may ask for permissions to access your location
(necessary in order to turn on Bluetooth) or your files. In both of these cases, while the
app is requesting access, Danatronics does not have access to that information and does
not collect, store or share it in any way.

SECURITY
As you may appreciate, the internet is a public network and we cannot guarantee that
communications between your gage and DataXL Mobile, will be free from unauthorized
access or interference by third parties. By using our DataXL Mobile, you are agreeing to
assume this risk and any and all responsibility and liability that may arise. We have put in
